Our streamlined process ensures you get back to your training with the right tools as quickly as possible.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Velocity account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.
Package Your Gear
Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and protective seals on equipment are intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse team inspects the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
